Supporters of "bait and switch" web sites. Puts you on the blacklist

After joining web sites using billcards.com for the credit card tranaction, you go to site and find that the 1000 pictures of apples and oranges is really 100 pictures of pears and bannas, so you request a refund, which is granted; however, you are than put on a blacklist warning other credit card services not to honor you. Therefor you cannot sign up anywhere on the internet that checks the blacklist
