I placed an order to have 3 canvas pictures made of a family picture. This was to be a gift to my father, and my 2 cousins, since it was the last picture of our entire family and my cousins mother, my fathers only sister had just passed away. I placed the order and according to their website:

It has now been a week and a half and I have not yet received confirmation of my order shipping, or a tracking number. I have emailed them several times and have called the number only to receive a digital voice stating that "no one can take my call, please try again later, " after it rings 20 times.
This is so very frustrating. I will be calling my bank on Monday hoping they can do something. If not, my attorney boyfriend has offered to get involved.
