I canceled my free trial one week before it was due, but still was charged two months.
Representatives continue to give me different versions of what had happened.
I Wrote to the main offices attempting to resolve the problem but they never contacted me back about the issue.
Aol continued to charge my account for things I did not agreed to have.
Finally I had to close my bank account in order to stop AOL from continuing to make charges to my accunt.
Until today I have not gotten my money back or heard from AOL.
What should I do?
