Online Data Corp is apparently a rip off, I have used their services for over 8 years, but recently they have been charging me $45.00 for PCI compliance that they have been unable to provide. I decided to cancell their service and was informed I would be charged a fee unless I waited until September I asked why and was told that it was because I had been with them less than two years! Once I informed then that I had been using their services since they said that no fee would be charged. I still waited until September (its now October) and today 10-21 I got a charge of $350.00 for canceling. I will challenge this with my bank and credit card company and HOPE they fight back. If you are new to online business do yourself a favor and stay away from "ONLINE DATA CORP", high fees, unable to provide the services they require and lairs.
