Online Data Corp. Was an agent in a Merchant agreement, where as Quad City Bank was our actual merchant.
Oneline Data Corp. Used our bank account information to make ten (10) unauthorized debits of $3000 each in one day. These transactions totaled $30,000.
These debits were made without prior authorization, and unfortunately, litigation was our only resource.
It turned out that in the days immediately priot to these transactions, the credit card processor, Quad City Bank, actually terminated its agreement with Online Data Corp.
