I signed on with Ifinity data Corp to proces my credit cards. They promised they would not charge me any fee that was not in the contract. I had zero annual fees in my initial contract, then approx. Two years of doing business with this company, they sent out a small note below my November statement saying they were going to start charging me $75 for annual fees. Continuing using your merchant account with us after Jan 1 will represent your acceptance to these terms. I fired this company when they refused to refund my $75. Ifinity Data corp's customer service is the worst, they screen calls and they will refuse to pick up a call from You. They did not honor their contract and please never do business with such a company. The customer service rep told me that they have already discussed this issue with me and they don't plan on refunding a penny. She also told me that she has other customers waiting in line and she just hung up on me. Ifinity data Corp are loosers, just don't use them period.
