The Computer Hero West Palm Beach Florida I spoke to the owner Chris, I purchased a black book Mac for my daughter. I was told I have 3 month warrantee. The computer does not work Chris told me he ordered the part he is aware of the problem

I found The-Computer Hero of West Palm Beach on line. I met the owner Chris Siles who came to my office and sold me a Mac laptop. He said it was fully covered for three months parts and labor. The computer started to give me problems, And Chris fixed one issue. He said he needed to order parts and he would take care of it. After endless calls and e-mails he does not respond and I am stuck with a broken computer. I feel this is a "fly by night company" And would like others to be aware.
