I bought a magic jack and it seldom works... You can't get any help from their customer service because it is a computer you talk too and they are not helpful at all.
When you go to their website they have no corporate info but the local news channel in West Palm did a cover story & they are located in west palm beach.
You get static on the line, echo's and it is a piece of garbage... A total ripoff.
Since I bought it with a credit card I will send it back and let visa fuight the son of a b*s because they jsut don't care.
