I just finished paying for my second rapid package of 400 Rapids and purchased a couple of small traffic packages and have 140 Rapids Left. All of a sudden, they no longer offer small traffic packages, making all of my rapids totally worthless.
I tried 8 times to email support, but they never have even acknowledged my support inquiries.
I wish I would have searched the internet or here BEFORE I purchased from them, because this company has been ripping off a lot consumers for a very long time and they seem to be getting away with it.
Buyer Beware, DO NOT buy from Rapidshare, they run a crooked company and will not bother to even respond to requests for help. There are many other file servers out there and almost all of them are rated much higher and are more reliable than rapidshare.
If you have ever been a customer from them, it is very easy to see why they have changed their system and no longer allow small rapid packages anymore. It is because they now can either force you to spend more money or lose your rapids. Do not fall for their scam.
Bottom line Rapidshare is a crooked company that has one apparent goal, and that is to scam the consumers.
