I have been a long time premium member. I have been the victim of phishing before and had my account hacked. Rapidshare wrote me an email each time saying they detected it and changed my password to protect me until I could change it. This time, I used my account the night before and all was fine. Next day, I tried to sign in and all I got was a screen saying "fraude detected, this account has been used by several users. I checked my password, they sent it to me, it was the same but I get the same message when I try to log in. I have written them 3 times and they will not respond to any of my emails asking for help or an explaination. My account should expire in a few weeks or so and I sure will not send them another dime.
