Locked my money tansaction to rapidshare.com when my new account would not work. After the dispute was fixed I removed the block and rapidshare got the money for my account, but the prevented my account from working. When I log on it tells me that I have commited payment fraud and they may take legal actions agenst me. I have checked my bank and the internet payment site PayPal.com to see if I realy have payed for my rapidshare.com account. They both say that rapidshare has got my money but they are denying me use of my account. I emailed them sevral times and they refuse to fix the problum and now they refuse to email me back.in short, I have been charged for an account that I cannot use.
