Visited this web site and it asked for my credit card and I gave it to them. I then tried to back out of the site and got an email your card has been charged $159 I never agreed to or approved a charge on my credit card. I immediately called the company and Paris said well it plainly said you are going to be charged and I said it was not plain to me. She said she would credit half of it. I asked to speak with someone else she said ok but he doesn't believe in refunds so you should take my offer. I again said I want to speak with a manager, she said ok but it will be a while. After 38 minutes Jaime Vegas came on the line and said the same thing.
I told him I would file a complaint with the Texas AG's office, he said he deals with them all the time and I would be wasting my time. I said I bet you do have to deal with them all the time, he then said well he hasn't dealt with the Texas AG but others. I then got a lecture on the law. I told him what he was doing was immoral he said the AG doesn't care about morals only the law!!! He again offered me half of my money back. I told him I wanted it all. The answer was no. I hung up. I called back and spoke with Brenna to make sure there would be no further charges and she assured me there would not be and the $159 was a one time charge. I thanked her and hung up. While I was on hold for Jaime, I called the credit card company to file a dispute.
