Rip-off and trick to charge your credit card

I received an email from www.buylowauctions.com. I responde to the email by clicking on join now button. I filled up the form and also asked for my credit card info. I entered my credit card info and click submit. Then the next page was already a charge to my credit card of $159 has gone through. I did not even know what the charge for, so i called their customer service and asked why was i charged $159, they told me that charge was for the 300 bids. I was surprised about this because i did not even know. They would not give me my money back. Please look into this matter. This website, www.buylowauctions.com is really a rip off and scam
