I spoke with Paul Franklin on 9/16/08 in regards to their service that I saw advertised on CNBC. He told me he could help me with my tax problem, he asked me for my name, address and credit card # so he could send me an authorization, a contract and some other forms to fill out. I spoke with him several times that day and the next day telling him I was not sure if I wanted to use his service. Every time we spoke, he kept insisting that I send in the authorization so he could get started. I kept telling him I had not made up my mind. At 4pm on 9/17, I attempted to use my card and I was declined because they had already run the charge for $6500 and I was at my limit. I immediately called Mr. Franklin and he said he would have them run a credit asap. He said all that I had to do was to send in a new "authorization" with the new price of $5500 and we could call the credit card company together. I explained I still had not made up my mind and I wanted him to credit my card. Then, he got ugly and refused to do anything, I repeatedly asked for a manager and got nowhere. I called my credit card co and we called together to speak to him and he insisted I approved the charge, then, he proceeded to tell my credit card company that I was going to file bankruptcy on them anyway and they should not beleive me or extend any credit. If I had already approved it, why did he need the authorization? I called numerous times and have gotten nowhere, they said they record all of their calls and they have on record that I authorized it and that is totally 100% false. They also do not notify that the calls are being recorded so I do not believe them. After all of this, they called me a loser for not paying my taxes and said they still wanted to handle my case. I would not trust them with my cat's feces and I just hope to protect other people from the scummy, unscrupulous pigs. I have never dealt with anyone or anything so shady and crooked.
