Unauthorized charge to checking account

I had a charge of around $9 on my bank statement and had no idea what it was for. When I Googled the web address listed I came across consumer complaints and saw a report where the same thing had happened to someone else for approximately the same amount of money. I did not try to contact the company and instead I filed a fraud claim with my bank.
