I have been a "player" since 01, and really enjoyed playing the games. It was not untill I started purchasing the 'backup CD's' that the trouble started. I have bought 24 @ the price of $6.95 each. I also purchased ICoins also, saving over 2600 when I ran into problems. When I needed help, support could not help me because thay could not locate my records. After almost three weeks, and several emails, I finally got the problem fixed. Then I got an email from iWin Corporate saying they had billed me twice. The problem was rectified when then gave me (out of the goodness of their hearts) 500 eCoins. New problem: where did the 2600 eCoins go that I had been saving for something special? ICoins were never recovered as they could find my records. I have had these types of incidents at the rate of about three to five per year every since. There is no good reason to stay with iWin. Now, I am holding eleven cd's that will not let me activate them. WHY do I have a problem now, you ask? The problem exists because they can not find my records. If you choose to join this online group, you will enjoy the online games. JUST DON'T LET THEM SELL YOU A SINGLE BACK-UP CD! If you do have that urge, send ME your $7 and I will send you a CD that doesn't work either. With me, you at least know what you are getting!
