Over a period of three months a laptop was in the repair shop of OC Computers. They charged $175 for the repair of a failed graphics chip, but the repair did not work. This money was not refunded.
They then replaced the motherboard, but in an attempt to cut costs they replaced it with a CPU that was half as fast as the original, and removed one of the RAM sticks, halfing the total RAM. Upon questioning, they replaced the second stick of RAM but claimed they could not replace the motherboard with a CPU that has the same speed despite my showing evidence that they could.
