I purchased a LaCie 10tb 5Big Network Sorage Unit from them. When I get it home and try to use it, there was no instructions with it. Besides that, when I do finally get it up and running, there is only 7.3tbs of usuable hard drive with it. Also, it won't let me connect to it directly to put my files on it, making it a lifetime commitment to finishing what I wanted to do with it. Online tech support for LaCie wanted to charge me for support for a brand new purchase, and APR Computers told me to call back when techs were there the next day, then told me that there tech support people were not there to help with tech support. They wouldn't even tell me how to return the product. I think it's a little ridiculous to buy a 10tb unit, and only be able to use 7.3tbs, that's an awful lot of space lost (2.7tbs!).
