Ripoff, did not honor rebate - incorrectly claims postmark too late

My husband and I bought a Megavision LCD Monitor from Tiger after shopping all over to get the best price. We decided that they offered the best price only after taking the rebate into consideration. We sent them everything that they required for the rebate within the time that they required. We received a letter saying that they would not honor it because the post mark was past the deadline. This is simply not true but we did not send it return receipt requested as we assumed that we were dealing with a reputable company.

I have written to them a couple of times (emails) and their only response has been to send me a copy of the rebate form. We will not buy from them again and will certainly tell anyone who will listen not to buy from them.
