Poor phone quality, incompetent tech support, and overall fraudelent business model.
I've been with them twice now and anyone who reads this and other posts should beware... If you subscribe they will screw you all eventually!
FYI - I have Time Warner digital phone and they have none of these problems that Vonage always claimed was due to my internet connection!
Stay away!
