Since singing on to this service, I experienced all varieties of poor voice quality. Calls were repeatedly dropped, voice reception was choppy, callers could not properly hear me as the voice quality went "in and out". I filed numerous complaints with customer service, spoke with tech personnel, all to no avail.
Upon finally canceling the service as I was not able to properly use it, I was assessed a $129.00 fee as I canceled prior to 1 year. Essentially this company requires you to pay even if you cannot use the service.
I could not use Vonage. Vonage would not allow me to end the agreement with out significant financial penalty, even though they were unable to provide the very feature I agreed to purchase.
Stay away from vonage at all costs
