While this product has potential, and if you stuck to it, you could make some money, it isn't going to make you rich. It is quite a steep learning curve for a beginner. I wanted to try it out and thought that if I didn't like it, I could get a refund. I was wrong! I have discovered that they will not give you a refund, even though their refund policy is clearly stated on their Website.
They have repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. They ignored my direct e-mails to them asking for a refund, whereas when I used the same e-mail address to ask a question about the software, I received a quick reply. After finally finding the Website on which I could open a ticket for help, I have received two "canned" responses telling me that it is my responsibility to cancel my subscription to Paypal myself, which I've told them several times I had already done. I replied, telling them that they were ignoring my request for a refund and that this contradicted their refund policy. This was when I received the second "canned" response, identical to the first.
I've opened a dispute in Paypal, but they are so far refusing to intervene, saying they only do so with actual products.
So the bottom line... Do your research, know what you're getting into and be sure you won't want to cancel your trial. You won't get a refund. Let the buyer beware!
