Ripoff dissatisfied with their service so cancelled

I purchased MS FrontPage 2002 and received an offer for a FREE TRIAL web host service. I selected interkey.net for this FREE TRIAL. I was very dissatisfied with their service. After a few weeks I canceled. They charged me a few months later, 2 times for $19.95.

I disputed these charges and got a nasty e-mail responce from their so-called president Fred S.

Here is the point: I sent many, many e-mails to this company about these credit card charges.
I did not receive ANY responce, UNTIL I mentioned that they would be featured on http://usacomplaints.com.

Then I finally received a responce.
You provide an invaluable service to ALL consumers!
