I requested a Logitech Cordless Influx Keyboard & Mouse combination on 6/23/10 as well as their site claims they'll deliver within 5 business days, that they didn't do. They've explained twice that my purchase had been prepared and that I must "be assured your product is coming and you'll be getting your following info briefly." They'd not really provide me a recommended delivery date, therefore after informing them when they didn't deliver it by 07/02/10, or offer an estimated delivery date, I'd challenge the cost with my charge card organization (because they mentioned they might not stop the purchase). As this didn't occur, I've approached my creditcard organization and questioned the cost.
Avoid buying something out of this site!
