Their checkout site didn't fill, and so I paid thru PayPal. I obtained a notice from their store, this time around as deals@ dealtree.com, declaring they had just obtained partial cost. Appears their was a 2¢ difference in the things they confirmed for taxes and what PayPal had for fees. I paid $12.29 for that modem, fees and delivery. I rejected the optional insurance. The total amount for that product, delivery and fees was $12.26. That is correct, I'd overpaid by 2¢. Evidently this notion is significantly beyond their understanding. They repeatedly mentioned they had just obtained partial cost. Actually planning as far as to record me to eBay for non payment.
After almost 14 days of delivering emails to see them the disputed sum was the rejected insurance. The reactions I obtained show they hadn't had the opportunity to understand the reality.
I left them bad feedback on January 27.
On January 28, I reported to eBay. On January 29, I received notice from DealTree that my product had delivered. (Yay, eBay). About the 30th I obtained a they'd returned my 2¢ thru PayPal. Additionally they delivered mean offer/demand to withdraw negative feedback. They desire
