Cox has shut down my mass mailing (to customers) without notice or concept. The "support" hasbeen along for 5 times today. I have talked to 2 people about the telephone during the last four times, and had online contact aswell. No explaination, no support whatsoever. I had been compelled by Cox to change to some more-costly company plan (detailing that I had a need to e-mail lots of people). I had been guaranteed that will not be considered a challenge. I recommend you select another organization if you like company support.
