August: after purchasing a phone through AolNetmarket web site, I ordered a suplemental warranty for this phone, plus an electronic device and my payement was via credit card over the phone.
November: after calling Aol netmarket more than thousand time reporting and requesting that I did not receive any of my order neither the warranty paper or the electronic device and after speaking with many of the manager in duty while calling,
I still did not receive none of the items I ordered, and they are refusing to refund my money back.
