I was persuaded to try credit alert for 30 days. I missed the deadline to cancel. I figured it was my mistake. I never received any thing from the service. I canceled AOL last August assuming that would cancel anything to do with AOL. I had moved from Mother's home and not receive any correspondenc from neither AOL netmarket or CreditAlert until it was taken out of my account.netmarket refunded my money minus $5.00 CreditAlert only refunded $6.67 out of $79.99. They should not be able to rip consumers off. They are taking us all.
