Responded to ad, ipods 23.85. But was fraudulently charged 150.00 for 1 yr membership with swipebids instead

23/6 Responded to ad on screen beside Yahoo page; iPods 23.85 When I hit that ad next screen only said Gov't Auctions #1 Surplus Auction website. Scroll down &click bid to take part in auction. Second screen a page of items being bid on by time on clock. Nowhere any prior information that a membership, $150.00 was being charged!
