I signed up for Swipebids.com from a promotional ad/review on the website: http://techtrends. Consumeradvocateweekly.net/. The ad said thatif I used coupon code: SB25WAL to signup, I would recieve 1000 Bids PLUSA $25 Gift Card For Walmart.
The second page of the signup process indicates 1-Year membership includes 300 Bonus minutes, monthly giveways, etc. However, this is misleading because based on $0.50 per bid, Swipebids.com charged $150 to my credit card upon signup. I was very unhappy once I realized this and requested a refund via chat.
Jessica, the representative referred me to a refund page but also acknowledged that I would not qualify for a refund since I had won bids. To qualify for a refund after 30 days of signup you must: actively participate in bidding, use ALL credited bids and "do not win an auctionwith 30 days of original signup.
Jessica (a generic chat name, was vague most of the time).
