First off I do not need anyone to tell me i was breaking the rules, you should have expected that, etc i already kow this and do not need any more chastisment about it. I am simply here to make sure no one else gets scammed by these guys by making it hopefuly well known to avoid these people.
I placed my first order with this website the begining of febuary for items in game that would take aproximately 2-3 weeks to obtain based on what thier website advertises. The order placed for for tier 10.5 preist healer armor in game which is currently the best items gear wise in game.
Initially the order started off fine and progress was being made untill thier site screwed up and bought the wrong set of armor meaning i ordered a healer set and they spent the badges aquired from raiding on a damage set. This basically set the order back as if nothing was done.
I asked them to correct that mistake and to begin raiding again to aquire the set i initally ordered it is then a month and a half later when this occured. Me thinking that is was just a hickup and would be corrected let them continue on with the order. Progress was being made again and i decided to go ahead and place another order with this site this time on my paladin for tank gear.
When i placed these orders i was told that it would not take long as i was the currently the only orders on that faction and server (allaince) basically i was firt in line. After about two weeks of having that another started i noticed that progress on both orders were being slowed dramatically to the point where they did not log on for a couple weeks at a time.
So i then go into their live chat to ask what the problem was not knowing atthe time they had no intention of finish the orders at all i was met with a slew of excuses like "our team members are sick" "it is a holiday" "we just got a new internet connection" "we have alot of orders on your faction" (keep in mind i was the first to place on that factions side).
I then got fed up with these excuses and decided to ask for a refund on my orders as it seemed they would never be completed i then again was met with alot of false excuses "i cannot refund the order myself only our boss can" i then ask for thier boss' contact info and was given an email address which i recived no responces for despite many emails.
So i go back to thier service chat to ask again for a refund and again i was met with more lies and excuses "out boss is on a business trip" "our boss is moving" "our boss is not in at the moment" (this one was used many times).
Bascically this site will take orders and your money only do about 30% of the order or untill the time in which you cannot put a charge back in paypal via duspute and then just let your order sit dormant. I have talked with other players on the same server who placed an order with this site and they are having the same problem with them ie site stalling untill you cant charge back.
This was possible due to them using other players accounts who placed orders with and leaving them in a raid group overnight so sometimes we would log in and see other players (customers) who were running into the same wall.
Keep in mind that i placed these orders in feb/mar time frame and although they advertise 2-3 weeks it will be no where near that competency with these scammers it is now mid june and about up untill a week ago they had access to my account meaning i gave them MANY chances to correct this and redeem themselves but this is not possible as they never intended to complete what they started.
I will be posthing this as many places as i can about thier scam but my advice would be to steer clear away from them i have used services like this with another more reputable site and never had a problem like this untill now at the moment i am working to try and get a refund on what i paid them.
