Bought into the "bundling" trap. Service from day one was horrible - agents telling me my land line was "slammed" by another company then having to apologize for "misconception".
Average phone wait each time was 28-32 minutes (one agent never did come back).
800 24/7 number for help was closed two weekends since I went with them.
Telephone service on the blitz for 5 days now... ATT cancelled the maintenance call without telling me - sat around and waited four hours for no-show. I had become so leary of their empty promises that I confirmed the maintenance call at the time (noon to 1600 hours)&so they confirmed the call then cancelled it.
Cannot take any more of the lousy service - goodbye ATT
