I purchased a guaranteed signups and traffic package from this seller (www.lougo.com). The purchase included a URL tracker in which I could view the progress of the signups and traffic. The URL tracker id and password didn't work.
The purchase was made after the my website was approved by the seller. Time passed and I didn't receive any signups nor traffic. First, I attempted to resolve the matter with the seller without asking for a refund.
When attempting to resolve this matter, it was later learned that the seller cancelled my account without informing me. This occurred despitet the approval of my site.
I received nothing but a bunch of excuses and a sense that the seller was delaying or stalling. I have all of the email correspondances that proves my repeated attempts to resolve this matter with the seller. I also have the false advertisements that he has been circulating via email and safe lists.
He claimed in an email that was sent (10/24/03) that he would refund me in 72 hours. It has been more than 72 hours (11/03/03).in previous correspondances, I have even warned the seller that I would file a complaint against him if the matter was not resolved.
I must admit that I purchased a lead package from this seller before and had some problems with the delivery of the products but he resolved the matter. It took a while. I wanted to try out his "Guaranteed Signups" package. I realized that this was a mistake. It must be noted that this seller is unable to deliver the products advertised.
I would advise that this seller be closely monitored and I consider his sight a SCAM site.
I tried with this seller and I have failed. This seller is a fraud. Buyers beware.
