I cancelled my account and did not receive a refund for the $149.95

I signed up for a trial of the ICM website (cash Machine) program because of a advertisement I'd seen. I was hoping it would be an application I could use to promote products with my current business. It looked like a low risk opportunity to evaluate their system with a minimal charge ($2.97) and if dissatisfied with the program a refund would be available. After signing up and evaluating the program it would not apply to my business. A fee of $149.95 was taken from my account on 6/1 and I canceled the account on 6/4. I called to obtain my refund and was denied only to be offered a two month extension for no charge. While the representative on the phone was polite the refund was not provided. I was refered to several places on the web site and the e-mail confirmation regarding the "one time charge of $149.95" and non of them said the fee would NOT be refunded if the account was cancelled. I see now that I am not a rare case in this companies approach of obtaining there fees moving on. As of now I would highly recommend anyone looking at this company to pass on their program. I had read a few reports filed by others and if there is a class action taken against this company I would like to be contacted.
