On march 3rd I authorized a $1.99 charge for a 7 day trial program from Grantaday for free government grant money. March 10 a charge of $94.89 by grantaday was made on that card that was not authorized i have been e-mailing them repeatedly and they say i must try their program within that 90 day or three month program under their 3 month free risk in order to obtain a refund. Yesterday mar 19th it was down to 71 day but they kept telling me i had to try their program in order to obtain the refund—notified my bank of matter in dispute and cancelled credit card to avoid further charges believe the $1.99 for the initial cd mailing was all i should have been charged as was not interested in the three month no risk portion. Offered a settlement amount of $47.45 immediately or obtain or access the refund form to obtain a full refund at the 88 day risk free period. I feel three month risk free does not constitute a waiting period but could cancel anytime and received no goods or services other then a cd which magnifying 200 per cent i still could not read. Requesting the refund form has not been answered and asking for their fax number either. Though they told me e-mail wise i would not be able to cancel by e-mail they included no us postal address.
