We were told by this company & their techs they could provide constant DSL over 4 years ago after they looked at the lines & came to our home to inspect if it was possible. This has not been the case, for it drops signal about every 2 min or so then losing all connection. I had to leave a dream job which needed constant DSL service because they could not. I have been told by their techs when called to come fix it many times over the years we are at the end of the line & something could be done for better connection but it never has. When I was in the office recently to pay my bill of 119.00 a month which is with NO long distance charges, another customer from the same area as I came in complaining of the same issues. When he walked out the door they laughed at him and said it was not their fault & all they had to provide was 911 service & if their DSL did not work for us in this area we could go to another provider. There is no other provider why no one could possibly do this, & I am sure they know it. I do not see how internet/phone service provider as they are can come out look at your lines where their dsl service is going and say yes we can & then after you have signed up & paying them for a service, then say well it is not our fault, & keep charging you when they looked at the lines in the first place saying they could. I know I cannot possibly in this world promise service or work, charge for it & then not provide it & further think it is funny when customers complain. Now that I saw another customer complain of the same issues I am wondering now just how many more of us are there who have not spoken up on this & how anyone can get away with such by law. Please just be warned of how poorly they treat their paying customers & their service is.
