Wanted to try the 3 day access for 1.95 USD but was instead charged 62.00 for a year

I wished to go ahead and try their service for the 3 day access they offered for $1.95. I clearly selected only that option, then proceeded to check-out with my credit card details. There was a change of screen after I submitted the payment, and the screen stated I had ordered the PREMIUM Membership which was immediately charged to card in amount of approx. $62.00! I went by the rules in the terms of service (#10) and immmediately requested to cancel the order and asked for a full refund of the charges. I was only able to use thier own onsite internal e-mail ticket/support link to do this.

This is the reference url identifying my request for refund:

I want to complain about the page of selections and prices CHANGING into a PREMIUM order without any warning or other sign that this package was being purchased, especially when I clearly and deliberately made sure to only select the very minimal trial offer of the 3 day access, etc. Also, upon submitting the payment there was NO CONFIRMATION OF WHAT THE TRANSACTION COST OR ENTAILED. None whatsoever. Nearly all internet check-out transactions are accompanied by this receipt. This is the first time that I have not gotten any transaction receipt or payment acknowledgment. Awhile afterwards we received an e-mail from our bank card provider which alluded that this could be a fraudulent transaction. We have gone ahead and asked the card issuer to deny authorizing this payment. Now we are being inconvenienced by having to close this card and await another to be issued as this matter was being subjected to a Russian Federation entity, whom could be a definite risk where Internet scams are concerned. I am hoping that your agency will investigate the way this site 'baits and switches' the offered packages/prices AFTER YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT METHOD DETAILS.
