I purchased a copy of a program called The Windows Repair Kit on April 16 which I found on the web site Asknerd. I was charged two (2) times for the same program through PayPal and as of this date I do not have the program.
The problem I was having with my PC required me to restore the system to the factory setting level in order to restore normal operations. I then had to re-install my software. Because I had downloaded the so-called repair kit program, there was no hard copy available
I went to the customer help link and sent an email requesting information on how to do another download to recover my purchased program and recover a refund for the second payment charged through PayPal. As of this date there has been no response. My first attempt to contact the vendor went to the email address listed on the web site. I then found a second web site that listed it as "adminstration @ windows repair kit. Neither of these sites is valid. I have looked on the internet and found a new Corporate Web site that is completely empty. Clearly this company is a sham and I suspect the Asknerd web site is a creation of the same scam artists that sell the non working programs.
Do not buy anything from this company. It is a complete sham. Canada is getting to be the home of internet rip-off artists.
