Merch not as described, terrible payers, crazy shipping policy

I figured I would try buying shelf pulls and store returns from this company.

I should have taken heed after reading their shipping policies. You can get stung real bad if you don't get a shipping

I bought shelf pulls, which should have been described as junk. All of the chains had kinks, and they bloat the count with junk.

I figured I would dump the goods back on the same site after seeing them.
My rep told me that they only send checks on the Thursday following the auction, and all auctions are 3 days.

Well I tried to post my auction, the dashboard did not work. My rep posted it, but screwed up the item count.

The auction lasted 3 days, the same merchandise that I bought for over $1000. It was funny, very little action, yet onlinereturns (the seller) gets crazy action like someone was shilling.

The auction ended on a wednesday, I waited until the following monday for a check. I called the rep and he said that I had to wait until the item was shipped and received.

I questioned him about the change in policy, and he denied telling me that a check would be cut thursday after the auction.

Well, I followed their instructions, shipped the goods and waited almost 3 weeks for a check.

When I called about it, they claimed this was a mistake.

So why am I complaining,

This company has reps that lie
they pay slow
have outrageous shipping policies
their dashboard hardly ever updates
I think they cater to insiders

STAY AWAY if you are trying to make an honest buck
