I sent this out to Bidrack... I tried to contact them many times, but I won 6 auctions for actual items many months ago. Two months later I called customer service (I had tried to email them multiple times) and they said there were "shipping issues" that they could not disclose, but that the whole process should take no longer than 2 months... Which I had already waited. I sent this email on 10/12/11:

Hello,

I won some items many months ago and have yet to receive them. Multiple contact with your "global customer service" was a joke as they can only tell me there has been "Shipping delays". Refunds are not fair compensation when you are losing the ability to give your nieces and nephews gifts on their birthdays and you tell them that their gifts are coming in the mail. My lawyer and I are making a compilation of all the auctions that went up after my auctions ended for the same products. We are trying to see how many others have either received or not received the same items after my auctions had ended. These are my auctions:

Bidrack is coming dangerously close to a class action lawsuit. Please advise me of all of your proposed resolutions to my issues.
