Individual (kiss2005) had (or said) a 12 cd box set for sale on the stormpay auction website. Contacted seller if personal check was accepted for payment. Said it was o.K. But would wait to ship until check cleared. Won stormpay auction #132866724 on april 18th (240.00 including shipping). Check was sent in the mail the following day. She emailed me on may 3rd that the check cleared and that the item was being shipped that day. Was to give me a tracking number but never did. Never received item. As of this writing sept. 10th have contacted numerous authorities. Contacted auction website. They were unable or unwilling to do anything.
Also have tried to contact seller but had no responses either. Have all emails, webpages, cancelled check. Recently saw on amazon.com that she might be setting up shop there. Goes by the seller name "creedcheers".
