Up to now (May), no reimbursement. They took over $180.00 from me. Recurring efforts to make contact with were in vain. Phone communications unanswered. A criticism towards the Better Company went unanswered. Grievances to PayPal, where the deal happened, were dumped. E-mails were overlooked - however a demand y or refund via the PayPal software was responded within 12 hours - having a total denial and refusal to reimbursement. No description.
