Dell Computer Co. Couldn't care less about the people who have their computers. My sister has one on which first her email stopped working, and after talking to her broadband provider and then Microsoft, and doing what they both told her to do to the computer, Internet Explorer stopped working totally and she couldn't even get online. After calling Dell she finally talked the guy into sending her program discs, which she didn't even get with the computer, so Windows XP could be re-installed. I was trying to help her install it, but I only use Macs so I was having trouble getting it to install.
