Sold me counterfeit products, cheap chinese copies with pirate games, refused refund

The website www.ndslite.org
sold me cheap chinese copies of nintendos DS-i
they come with pirate games
the console itself only lasted a week then started to break with buttons breaking and then games not loading and both webcams never worked atall
battery only lasted 30 minutes
and screen started to break after ten days
there was no warranty card with the product
no official documents from nintendo
and this company claim to be licensed distributers
refund was also refused when i contaced company
