I signed up with serverpronto.com just the other day. After 2 hours i canceled the account and was told I would not get a refund. They asked for a copy of my credit card and ID. Why would they ask for that, they have it on file.
I have tried to email, phone, and live chat them, and no one will respond to my calls or emails. Im left in the dark, only with the help of my lawyer.
