I had been a happy customer of serverpronto for about 2 years, when I lost my job and was unable to continue service with them. 6 months later, I'm back on track, and called to see if I could re-activate my long deactivated server. Serverpronto called me, said it was possible, and that I could get started again for 253.96 for the next quarter (3 month period). They charged my card and set me up with the same server plan as I used to have, but none of my old server was there. When I asked, they told me my old hard drive was not available, since I had not agreed to purchasing a new server, but to reactivate my old one, I requested a refund. When I looked on my bank ledger, I noticed they charged me for 2x 253.96 as well! They sent me to 3 different people to inquire about my refund before telling me that I'd have to additionally go through cancellation processes and procedures to get $253.96 of the amount back. I wanted all my money back, but they refused to answer further emails/support tickets. I reversed the charges at my bank, but I think people need to watch out for scamming companies like these. If you need cheap hosting, don't use serverpronto or infolink.
