Vini Pal is a scammer. He will take your business, agree to terms and not pay you. He'll claim your data is 'fraud' but provide no evidence or documentation to support it. Then he'll give you an arbitrary figure he decides to pay. He's also amazingly arrogant to boot and acts like he's doing you a favor by offering 15% of the actual billing price. After further research I've found he does this to a lot of vendors simply to avoid paying his bills. Avoid him at all costs, he'll rip you off. Guaranteed.
