The Bluebook Building And Construction
Fraud, Ripoff, Deceitful Marketing Practices, Avoid Avoid Avoid, Scam Artists

I wish to make it known that the following company:

The Bluebook Building and Construction
PO BOX 500
Jefferson Valley, NY 10535-0500

Engages in deceitful marketing practices and has willfully tried to mislead my company into paying its company funds by performing the following:

1. Breach of signed contract through liable of advertisement
2. Fraudulent collection of funds
3. Verbally misled and lied about reduction of advertisement charges for second year
4. Misled and lied about annual second year advertisement charges in writing

In November of my company signed a two-year agreement with The Bluebook with the first year costing $6,120.00 for a full page advertisement and the second year would be at our discretion as to what size and cost of advertisement it would accept.

I was verbally quoted a low advertisement price of $1,200.00 by The Bluebook sales representative Sheldon Tragish, on November 11, for the second year 2006.

In September 27, The Bluebook went against its word and presented its basic advertisement cost at $1,356.00. I accepted this price and paid The Bluebook on October 3, the final sum of $1,356.00 for year 2006.

During a phone conversation which took place on September 27, The Bluebook regional manager, Jeff Francio was told, while being recorded, that my company was terminating its agreement with The Bluebook by paying the sum of $1,356.00 for year 2006 and demanded that The Bluebook not call or fax to our company again.

After that recorded phone conversation (between myself and Jeff Francio) which has now been given to our legal firm, The Bluebook yet again, on October 3, attempted to send another invoice / contract for an additional $1,452.00 to a different employee of our company.

On October 4, I again contacted Jeff Francio (818-402-0370) and asked for an explanation to which he would not acknowledge nor explain these deceiving acts.

I have in my possession documentation to support these claims. I believe that these practices are illegal and that The Bluebook should be placed on a list of companies that are classified as dishonest and fraudulent. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! At all costs The Bluebook Building and Construction!
