I've used Boingo in the past and never had a problem - until now! I logged on to Boingo a few months ago in an airport as I have done in the past, and my bank account is being charged every month $9.95 since then. I have contacted Boingo via email to let them know I wanted this charge stopped and credits applied, and have never received a satisfactory reply.
