I requested a cannon sd880is and didn't obtain any emails confirming my purchase for 5 times. After I did, it had been a contact requesting me to contact to verify my purchase. After I named to verify, they explained the camera includes merely a beginner battery and might I love to buy a battery for $89 along with a charger for $89. I told them I'dnot likely to need to purchase more and might any lithium battery work with the camera. After I could any issue I'd simply notice stop about the other end. Lastly I'd say "hello, are you currently however there?" he'd say "what did you declare" I would ask him over and over stop. Lastly he simply hung-up on me. I named him again and informed him I needed to stop my purchase and he hung-up on me again. This is actually the toughest customer support I have ever endured. Don't get from their website. Itis not worth it!
